WWE PaybacK: Who Should Have Won Punk or Jericho?

Although CM Punk was victorious against Chris Jericho at WWE Payback, many fans feel this was a poor move by the WWE Creative Team.  Although this reinstates CM Punk as "Best in the World" the feud is now over and now seemed pointless.  With a Jericho victory, fans would question Punk's claim of being the best, and it could have been one last great run for Jerichobefore he departs around SummerSlam.  Who do you think should have won at Payback, "The Best in the World", CM Punk or Y2J Chris Jericho.
