According to TMZ, Punk has recently filed a restraining order against his mother claiming that she constantly asks for money and if he doesn't threatens to kill herself. It is reported Punk has tried to break off relations with his mother due to her abusive behavior and continuous harassment. Punk has told reporters that he has tried to help his mom and that she suffers from bipolar disorder and has given her over $100,000.
